Reception Hours
During the Mediterranean sailing season (May–October)
We’re often at sea and actively on charter, so response times can be a little slower. We’re always reachable by email or WhatsApp and will come back to you as soon as we can, usually within 48 hours.
During the off-season (November–April)
We’re more land-based and generally available Monday to Thursday during daytime hours (Eastern European Time).
