Why SAILAER exists
SAILAER began with a simple idea: sailing holidays should feel relaxed, personal and genuinely enjoyable.
After years working throughout the sailing, hospitality and tourism industries, we saw the same pattern repeating itself. Some experiences felt overly formal and rigid, while others lacked the professionalism and support guests deserved.
We believed there was a better middle ground.
What started with crewed sailing holidays has since grown into a wider range of services. Today we also provide professional skipper services, yacht charter bookings and charter support solutions through Charter Ready Corfu, helping yacht owners, charter companies and guests alike.
While the services have expanded, the philosophy remains the same: practical support, honest advice and exceptional experiences on and around the water.
Andrew & Erin
SAILAER is run by Andrew and Erin Rynberg, combining decades of experience across professional yachting, tourism and yacht operations.
Andrew is a Yachtmaster Offshore Commercially Endorsed skipper with more than 95,000 nautical miles of sailing experience. Having worked extensively throughout Greece and internationally, he has built a reputation for calm decision making, professionalism and local knowledge.
Erin has spent years working professionally aboard sailing yachts throughout Greece & internationally as a yacht chef, hostess and charter crew member. Her experience spans guest service, provisioning, yacht preparation, charter turnarounds and onboard operations, giving her a practical understanding of both the guest experience and the day-to-day realities of running a successful yacht.
Together, we have lived, worked and sailed throughout Greece for many years, building strong relationships with guests, yacht owners, managers and charter companies.
What began as professionally crewed sailing holidays has naturally evolved into a broader range of services, including professional skipper support, yacht charter bookings and Charter Ready Corfu. Across every service, we bring the same attention to detail, practical experience and commitment to doing things properly.
